We are a small, family-run company, who specialise in the repair, renovation and conservation of historical buildings.
This includes work on churches, public buildings and privately owned homes. The type of work we do includes lime plastering and rendering, structural repairs to stone and brick as well as full refurbishment contracts, extensions and conversions.

Based in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales JB Construction & Restoration has been trading since the 1939. Our teams of skilled craftsmen carry out professional and safe works to the highest standard - with more than 65 years experience in stone and brickwork.

We undertake projects as a sub contractor or working direct for a client - whether a building is being refurbished or you require maintenance.

Ecologically friendly we never stopped!!!

Our team are skilled in many of the traditional methods relevant in conservation and restoration work today. These traditional methods offer ecologically sound alternatives for those that require environmentally friendly building.

We also provide a two man team to assist the Church architects / surveyors when they carry out the Quinquennial Reports on the various churches with in the Llandaff Dioceses.

A photographic record is maintained for every project – from consultation to completion. And we pride ourselves on excellent relationships with local governing bodies and buildings inspectors.
